Most homeowners don’t know that painting the exterior stucco of your home is not the correct way to protect your house from the elements or make it energy efficient. In fact painting over stucco will take away stucco’s natural make-up and breathability. Paint is a coating and acts like a mask.  Because of its thickness, it does not readily penetrate things that it covers and at the same time it does not allow moisture to freely pass thru which eventually causes stucco damage and wood rot to the sheathing or framing and water vapor may even be pulled into the house.

We completely inspect the outside walls of your home for deterioration and suspect area. We trench around your home. The trenching will help eliminate foundation decay and prevent moisture intrusion once SUPER•COTE™ is applied.  Your entire house is pressure washed to remove dirt, stains, loose paint, foreign substrates, mold, mildew and algae. Once cleaned, areas in need of patching are revealed.

Deteriorated areas are patched with specially formulated patching and bonding materials to correct defects and create a sound and uniform surface area. All doors, windows, landscaping and surface not to be coated are carefully covered to prevent overspray and provide the most professional-looking job possible. Our thick TEX•COTE® primer is applied that will provide an armor-like protective surface to your home's exterior.

A careful inspection for proper thickness and uniform appearance of the primer. TEX•COTE® SUPER•COTE™ smooth or textured finish is applied. This SUPER•COTE™ finish chemically bonds to the primer for a second line of defense against the elements. It also adds color and helps to reflect the sun's heat and harmful UV radiation. Once the surface is coated, all trim areas are covered with a specially formulated, highly protective trim paint.

All masking is removed and the area is cleaned of any debris.
